Refunds & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their career counseling services by providing written notice to Dhrion. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled counseling session or program start date to be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise specified.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds will be considered if the cancellation is made within 7 days of purchase and before any counseling session or program commencement.

  • Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be granted if cancellation is made between 2 to 7 days prior to the service start date.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date or for services already delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Fees
Any administrative, registration, or processing fees are non-refundable. Fees paid for third-party assessments or materials are also non-refundable once processed or delivered.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of the approval date. Clients will be notified when the refund has been initiated.

5. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request rescheduling of their counseling sessions at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to counselor availability. Rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.

6. Technical or Service Issues
If technical issues prevent access to online services, clients should contact support immediately. Dhrion will make reasonable efforts to resolve service issues but does not guarantee refunds for technical disruptions beyond its control.

7. Special Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen events, clients may appeal for a refund with supporting documentation. Such cases will be reviewed individually.

8. Changes to the Policy
Dhrion reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via the website.
